These extremely durable ETS modules are designed to withstand the most extreme automotive and industrial applications. Each timer module utilizes intelligent semiconductor technology that when subjected to a short circuit, over voltage, over temperature, and/or an overload condition the output will automatically turn off. This feature protects the module, wiring, and any components connected to the output.
ENERGIZE TO STOP EXPLANATION
Energize To Stop timer modules are specially designed for industrial diesel engines. These quality modules easily convert engine control and shutdown systems which were originally designed for Energize To Run (ETR) solenoids to energize to stop (ETS) output signal. The timer’s high power output compatible with solenoids up to 70 Amps automatically activates when the ETR signal from the engine control system deactivates. This ETS output will stay energized for a fixed amount time up to 20 seconds and then turn off to conserve battery life. Output can be canceled at any time by removing power to pin 4.
